Gordon Hui
Gordon Hui leads Peer Insight's consulting practice and directs engagements on a variety of innovation topics, including service innovation, customer experience, and business model design. Leveraging a combination of left-brained analytics and right-brained techniques, Gordon has driven top line growth and business transformation with a diverse group of clients, including Hewlett-Packard, Procter & Gamble, AARP, and Standard & Poor's. In addition, Gordon's new-to-the-world insights about innovation "next practices" have been highlighted in BusinessWeek and Fast Company. Prior to joining Peer Insight, he served as a Program Manager at US EPA, leading recycling business incubator programs that produced over 8,500 jobs and $640 million in capital investment. Gordon holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and BS degrees in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland.
