Angie Marioni

Angie has a passion for evoking meaning and eliciting conversations through visuals. Having spent many years building communications solutions for strategy teams in the Bay Area, Angie learned that oftentimes there is dissonance between what is being said and how that is communicated visually. In her quest to close that gap, Angie utilizes her background in fine art and interpersonal communications to explore the intersection where words and images can come together to create something intentional, honest, and impactful. She has used this experience with corporations and nonprofits alike, including Pivotal Software, Genesys Labs, Men Creating Peace, Family Violence Appellate Project, and AsylumWorks. Angie holds a BFA in Studio Art and a BA in Interpersonal Communications from Santa Clara University.

What Inspires Me

People-watching, hearing others talk about their passions/interests, exploring new places, food, and seeing the world through the eyes of my puppy.

A Favorite Moment at Peer Insight

During my first Peer Insight Strategy Retreat, everyone showed up with a kind of openness that I had just never seen a workplace setting before. It allowed us to dig deep into ourselves and explore solutions that made sense for us as individuals and for us as a team! To me, it spoke volumes about the strength of the culture, collaboration, and psychological safety that runs through the firm.
